PTO Committees

The Leapwood Avenue Elementary School PTO operates successfully because of its volunteer committees.  Each member is given the opportunity to participate on the committee of their choice.  The committees are the way the Leapwood PTO are able to obtain its mission to enhance the educational environment of the students at Leapwood and its community.

The Executive Committee and the Chairs of each of the standing committees, Events and Decorating, Fundraising, Health and Wellness, and the  Volunteer and Membership, are elected each April for the upcoming fiscal year, July 1st through June 30th.  The retiring Executive Committee and standing committee chairs mentor and support the incoming chairs in their new positions.  For more information about each committee, please click on tabs to the left.
